ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, body oils, stains, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with any original protective packaging included with the product
Kayelise reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Kayelise is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or financial institution.
AUTHORIZATION
All returns must be requested and authorized by Kayelise before being shipped back.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every Kayelise order is inspected before shipment.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will provide the appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
SILK GARMENTS
Our pieces are crafted from 100% silk charmeuse, a delicate natural fabric that requires thoughtful handling.
Eligible silk apparel may be returned in accordance with our 14-day return policy. Items showing pulls, snags, stains, discoloration, washing, alterations, or other signs of wear or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
INTIMATE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, and other garments designed for direct intimate contact are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bralettes may be returned only if they are unworn, in their original condition, and have all original tags and protective components intact.
Any item designated Final Sale on its product page is not eligible for return.
LIMITED COLLECTIONS & EXCHANGES
Kayelise collections are produced in limited quantities. Because inventory may not be available by the time a return reaches us, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another size, color, or style, we recommend purchasing the desired item separately and returning your original eligible item for a refund.
Purchasing a replacement does not guarantee approval of the original return.
FINAL SALE
Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
Select promotional or discounted merchandise may be designated Final Sale. Final Sale status will always be communicated before purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs charges unless otherwise required by law or the return is the result of a Kayelise error.
Certain countries provide consumers with statutory cancellation, return, or refund rights. Where applicable, those rights will take precedence over this policy.
THE KAYELISE STANDARD
Our garments are created to be experienced with care. Every returned piece is individually inspected to ensure it meets the same standard in which it was originally sent.
Kayelise reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, damage, or that otherwise fail to meet the requirements of this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
